On the good ship… internship!

According to Inspiring Interns, 65% of internships lead to full-time jobs after graduation. High Fliers’ “Graduate Market in 2014” says that “recruiters have confirmed that a record 37% of this year’s entry-level positions are expected to be filled by graduates who have already worked for their organisations”. Whatever the figure, we all know how important work experience is – particularly if you can secure it in the company you want to work in after you graduate!

Here are some famous people who were interns, and it certainly helped them in their careers!

Find out more about the benefits of doing an internship, year in industry, or any type of work experience on our KEW webpages.
