The History of our Company
We are a small but rapidly expanding company with high aspirations for the future and we are always on the lookout for more talented people to join our friendly team. Since the company was founded five years ago, it has grown tremendously, having recently won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade. This is a huge achievement for our company and something we are very proud of.
We are a recognised and recommended provider of allergy, autoimmune and infectious disease state plasma as well as R&D support services for the In Vitro Diagnostics and Biotech markets. In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) means carrying out testing in controlled environments such as in test tubes as opposed to In Vivo which is testing on living organisms. Our strengths are to identify unmet needs for biological materials required in research and provide disease state samples to R&D scientists. We are known for providing fast turnaround and excellent service to our customers.
Therefore we have grown to be an international company with customers including top players in the IVD market in countries such as Germany, France, USA and China. The products and services provided by AbBaltis help improve and develop new medical diagnostic kits and this translates to patients getting more accurate and faster diagnoses.
Still unsure of what this actually means? Well it means that we provide the research materials (human serum and plasma) to other companies wanting to carry out research to help people get diagnosed earlier.

Furthermore, over the year AbBaltis have hosted over ten students to learn more about what it is like to work in the industry. Our managing director is passionate about instilling enthusiasm for future generations to join this market and is committed to investing in the local community. Moreover, due to our recent successes we have also had a period of recruitment with two new people about to join us permanently.
We are keen to promote science in our community and also increase employability of new graduates; therefore we offer a various opportunities, including internships and work experience. The roles available can be labs based or office based. These can range from lab technicians through to sales/marketing/finance.
